Concrete coating refers to the process of applying a protective and decorative layer to concrete surfaces. It can be done to enhance the appearance, durability, and functionality of the concrete.

Maintaining concrete coating typically involves cleaning using mild a PH soap (can be found at Costco.com or lowes.com), avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning methods. It is also recommended to periodically reapply a protective topcoat to ensure continued performance and longevity. This is a service we call "wash & reseal".

Decorative concrete can be applied over certain types of existing flooring, including tile, as long as the surface is in good condition and properly prepared. The success of the application largely depends on factors such as the type of decorative concrete system being used and the condition of the existing flooring.
